Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., products with names, logos, or custom designs)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and instructions on how to send your item back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery

  • The product was custom-made or personalized

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.


⚙️ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
If your order has already been customized or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (for eligible non-custom products).
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance before sending anything back.
